Will my things be on the truck alone?
On interstate routes your shipment may share a trailer with another household’s. Loads are separated with divider systems, and every item is inventoried and labeled to your move before it goes on. This is standard practice for interstate carriers, and it’s the reason long-distance moving is affordable at all — a half-empty trailer crossing four states costs the same to run as a full one, and that cost lands somewhere.
A 4–6 bedroom home often takes up most or all of a trailer on its own, simply because of its volume.

We go through your inventory, addresses, and anything that affects access: stairs, elevators, a long driveway, a tight street. Photos or video work fine. For bigger or complicated homes we’ll walk it with you.
Estimate and booking
You get the estimate. If it works, a one-third deposit reserves your date.

Move day
Walkthrough first. Then furniture is disassembled, wrapped, labeled, and inventoried. Loading is planned rather than improvised, because how a trailer is packed decides what survives the trip. Final walkthrough, paperwork, pickup balance.

How is the cost of an interstate move calculated?
Four things: how much space your shipment takes in the trailer, how far it’s going, which services you want, and whether anything needs special handling. No seasonal markup, and no fee that appears at delivery.
Why is your estimate higher than the cheapest quote I got?
Sometimes it isn’t — but when it is, the usual reason is that ours counts everything. Almost every “the price went up” story in this industry traces back to an estimate built on incomplete information: the attic nobody mentioned, the shed, the garage nobody walked through. A low estimate isn’t a discount if it corrects itself on move day.
How long will my move take?
It depends on distance, route, weather, and federal hours-of-service rules that cap how long a driver may legally be behind the wheel. We give you a delivery window based on your actual route and keep you posted against it, including an ETA call 24 hours ahead. Nobody can honestly guarantee an interstate delivery date.
Will my belongings share the truck with someone else’s?
They may. Loads are separated with divider systems and everything is inventoried and labeled to your move. It’s standard for interstate carriers and it’s what keeps long-distance moving affordable. It stays on our trailer with our crew.
What happens if my closing date moves?
Tell us as soon as you know. We own our warehouse in Texas — temperature-controlled, 24/7 video surveillance — so your things can stay in our custody, inventoried, until your new place is ready.
